Any person who can prove their identity has the right to obtain notification of data concerning them contained on this Internet site, and correction (free of charge) of any inaccurate personal data concerning them.
Similarly, any person who can prove their identity may request the removal of any data concerning them.
To ensure that they actually come from the persons concerned, the requests must be made in the following way:
The request for removal may be made by email to contact@tootel.ch or Post to tootel DeinWeb AG, Sihleggstrasse 23, 8832 Wollerau. . It must be accompanied by a copy of a document proving the identity of the person requesting removal.
The database controller expressly undertakes to destroy or return any data notified by such requests.
Furthermore, users of Internet sites are required to comply with the provisions of the Law of 8 December 1992 on Data Protection concerning the processing of personal data.
tootel does not accept any liability resulting from unauthorised use of the data and use of it that does not comply with the said Act.
tootel is not obliged to withdraw the data displayed on other websites or other IT media to which it does not supply data.
It is up to you to contact the sites concerned directly.
IMPORTANT: Certain websites store searches made on our website in cache memory. Since these practices are not authorised, we accept no liability resulting from these and we reserve the right to take legal action against anyone carrying them out.
